Terms and Conditions for Hotel Banashree

We aim to provide a delightful stay for all our guests. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Reservation

1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
   • Check-in time: 12:00 PM
   • Check-out time: 10:30 AM
2. Booking Confirmation:
   • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Charges:
   • Cancellation 72 hours or more before the check-in date: 90% refund.
   • Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in: No refund.
   • A 10% cancellation fee is applicable to all cancellations.
2. Refund Processing Time:
   • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Guest Responsibilities

1. ID Proof:
   • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
   • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay without an accompanying guardian.
2. Conduct:
   • Guests are requested to maintain decorum and avoid loud noises or disturbances.
   • Alcohol consumption is permitted in the privacy of your room but must not result in any inconvenience to other guests.
3. Room Use:
   • Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms and can only meet in the reception area.
   • Furniture or electrical appliances must not be moved or tampered with.
   • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms.

Liability

1. Hotel Banashree is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
2. Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence or misuse.

   • Food orders are served in guest rooms.
